PT Inlingua International Indonesia Developing High Performance Team.
Our Second Collaboration with Inlingua with the outdoor training program. Opened with a "ceremonial" activity to hands over the participants from Inlingua to Adventure Indonesia. Then it's time to loosen a bit the tension and get acquainted among them, so we have the fun and joyfull ice breaking. The more "serious" part comes up after i.e. games that simulates actual working conditions. Thus, to conclude the day activities, we come up with the debriefing process to get the games "hidden gems".
